Information used by the app
Your current location is included in a nearby-station request so our EU-hosted server can return relevant stations and prices. We do not add it to a user profile or retain it as location history.
Apple or Google provides anonymous purchase transaction information. On Apple platforms, App Attest also provides a device-bound public key and security counters. We use these records to verify access, restore subscriptions, prevent replay attacks, and limit abuse.
Support requests
When you contact support, we collect the name, iOS version, iPhone model, message, and any optional screenshot you submit. Laravel’s configured mail service delivers this information to support@fftanken.eu. We use it only to investigate and respond to your request.
Support messages and screenshots are kept only as long as necessary to resolve the request and are deleted within 90 days.
Spam protection
The support form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to detect automated abuse. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser signals and processes it under its own privacy policy and terms.
Information we do not collect
The app does not request an account, password, contacts, advertising identifier, or Apple Account credentials. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Processors and retention
Apple and Google process subscriptions under their respective terms; Apple also processes App Attest data. Anonymous entitlement and installation-security records are retained while needed to restore access and protect the service. Operational data is handled on an EU-hosted server.
